Start of the journey with Carlisle

Hi All,

We have already bought the block of land which is already titled and have been to colour browse, colour selection and the tender on last Monday...The price including the site cost came well under our estimate and this was mainly due to the low site cost of about $6k...

So here are our colour selections...





Bricks-Austral Latte (with Neutralising)


Render Colours, Garage Door, Gutters and Facia colours


Laminated flooring for entry, kitchen, family and meals and stone bench, cupboard colours and glass splash back in sea elephant


Ensuite floor tile, wall tile, stone benchtop, cupboard and feature strip


Upstair bathroom floor tile, cupboard colours, wall tile and feature strips


Laundry tiles and cupboard colours..



Ground floor flooring - carpets to theatr, lounge and study, tiles to powder room and laundry room and the rest is in laminated flooring

Powder room - floor tiles, wall tiles and feature strips.

  3. Thanks Reinsey, We are builring in an estate adjoining to Hunt Club. It is an old estate called Brindlee Estate and there was a release of about 25 blocks out of which we boght one..

    I am folowing your blog too and love everything in it....I am sue it will be a lovely house..

    Thanks for your post and I almost everyday check your blog for any new updates now :) so happy to see it is being done very fast...Our slab was to be poured on 10th but due to the rain it has been postponed to 23rd now...another 3 days...
