Everything is being finished very fast and since my last post we have been painted, tiled (only wet areas), Floor boards installed to the living areas, Carpets installed to the rooms, study, launge and Theatre...Light fittings fixed, rangehood installed, tapware installed (but the wrong basin tapware has been installed and this need to be fixed), Termite protections done, front facede renedring done and brick wash was finished yesterday.....
So it is now not lot more to be finished and as per my understanding, it is only the front stained doors, timber look garage door, balcony railings, glass splashback and stairs that need to be finished/installed/stained. Overall the house looks great and we are so...........ooo Happy..!!:) I couldn't stop taking photos yesterday and we are counting days for the PCI now..! God should bless Carlisle (or our SS Rick) for our peacefull minds in building our house..!!
